About Suzanne

Suzanne Roynon author of welcome home how stuff makes or breaks your relationship

What I love the most is helping people and homes find their happiness.

It wasn't always like that. Expertise is often learned the hard way, and although I choose not to dwell on it, it's fair to say people and circumstance have given me great insight into many of the ways in which lives can be hurt, shattered, broken and rebuilt.

Living in a happy, supportive home is the best gift any person can give themselves.

After years 25 years in corporate and charity roles, I chose to use my abilities as an Interiors Therapist, trainer and public speaker to help people understand the way they respond to their homes and possessions.

It had started in quite a low key way, I became the ‘go to’ person for friends who were feeling stuck or needed to move on. By using Interiors Therapy they transformed their lives, changed their jobs and met new people.

It was a natural step to train as a Personal Performance Coach, mentor, and Flying Stars Feng Shui practitioner, taking my knowledge and understanding to a new level, enabling me to serve my clients with a truly bespoke service.

Many of the people who came to me were trapped in their lives by the ‘stuff’ around them. By changing their perspective on possessions, clearing their clutter and consolidating the changes with Feng Shui, they changed their lives for the better – sometimes dramatically within hours or days, and often at a more gentle, but eminently satisfying pace.

They became more in tune with what really mattered to them, finding new strength and energy to achieve things which previously seemed impossible.

Teaching coaches and counsellors my methods through the online Interiors Therapy Masterclass, develops an understanding of their own situation and the homes and physical surroundings which stagnate their clients and patients, preventing them from making progress or achieving goals. By being able to 'read the writing on the wall' the coach or counsellor gains insight and a deeper level of understanding of their client and reaps the benefits in their own home.

It always gives me great pleasure to hear about new relationships, revitalised marriages, babies, incredible new jobs, better health, improved self-esteem, business and financial successes.

I work nationally and internationally as an Interiors Therapist, offering bespoke consultations in homes and online around the world.

In 2020 I became an award winning author when 'Welcome Home, How Stuff Makes or Breaks your Relationship was published by Panoma Press.

I am a BBC guest expert, feature writer for print, magazine and online media, and brand ambassador for broadcast campaigns which reflect the values and ethos of Interiors Therapy.

MEGHAN, DUCHESS OF SUSSEX #40X40 INITIATIVE

During 2021 I became a mentor for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex's Archewell Foundation as part of the Duchess's #40x40 Compassion in Action initiative.

My commitment to support the aims of the Archewell Foundation and serve women who have struggled to find their place and equilibrium since the global Covid pandemic lead to the provision of 40 individual free mentoring sessions over a period of two months.

It has been my pleasure to work with women across the UK, Ireland, America, The Caribbean and Canada.
